How much money should I bring to Mexico for vacation?
I am going to a small village in Mexico called Sayulita in December. We are renting a house and will be making our own food half the time and going out to eat the other half. We won’t be doing a lot of paid activities (horseback riding, etc.) ..we’re mainly going to explore on our own. However we will be eating/drinking a lot and will be buying lots of souvenirs. How much money (American) should we each bring to live comfortably for 8 days? Thanks
Not sure if there is a bank or cash machine in Sayulita …. but bring your ATM card because dollars are very hard to spend or change to pesos. Tell your bank you’ll be in Mexico. If they do take your dollars they’ll give you a terrible exchange rate
